JPP is a family-owned boutique business offering a uniquely personal approach to land promotion, property investment and development services across the Thames Valley.
We have always specialised in unlocking and identifying opportunities that have previously been overlooked, or not realised their potential. Looking to create a legacy for future generations, we are now expanding our business to building homes, investing in land and property, as well as continuing our operations in land promotion.
Chris Peters heads up our small but very capable business, engaging on a genuinely personal level with all landowner clients. It means we are able to build the respectful one-to-one relationships that larger companies rarely offer, and we value our reputation for straight-talking and integrity. It gives us the will and ability to make decisions fast and act on them equally quickly.
Whether promoting or acquiring land for development, or creating new residential schemes, we feel a strong sense of responsibility towards the interests of the individual, the community, the environment. It’s not just about us, and it’s not just about short-term gain.
Born and raised in the Thames Valley, he started a career as a shipbroker in London after graduating from university, but after 8 years decided to follow his passion for property. He joined JPP in 2016, and is now steering the company in new directions, not forgetting its original purpose as a land promoter.
