Having focused mainly on land promotion for more than 10 years, we now feel the time is right to be involved in the creation of our own homes for sale or rent.
In this, we are focussed on delivering housing with social and environmental responsibility at the forefront, building communities that are sustainable and enhance the landscape and existing biodiversity.
Sustainability is high on everyone’s agenda but we are looking to go well beyond the required minimum requirements when it comes to reducing carbon emissions. We have a strong focus on improving energy efficiency and will pushing the boundaries towards renewable solutions where possible.

First, we will identify locations and opportunities that align with our core values and target demographic. We will consider sites with or without planning permission, currently up to 15 houses. Knowing our customer base, we ideally seek sustainable, desirable, well-established villages across the Thames Valley.

With a strong focus on a design led scheme, we will submit a planning application (full or reserved matters if already consented) to ensure the scheme meets our high standards.
03.
Once planning is granted and conditions discharged, construction will be carried out with one of our trusted contractors. We will manage this phase closely to ensure the end product meets our exacting standards. The completed homes will then be sold or rented as part of our portfolio.
Fieldview is our housebuilding arm and has been put in place to focus on the building of design-led, placemaking schemes which fulfil ESG criteria.
