We are delighted to announce that JPP have become the new owners of Elegant Homes, following the retirement of its founder after more than 20 years of building high-quality homes across the Thames Valley and South Oxfordshire.
The experienced Elegant Homes team stays in place, bringing their craftsmanship and local knowledge to JPP. Elegant Homes has a strong track record of delivering family homes in villages such as Goring and Fairmile, and this marks an exciting next step for JPP as we grow from land promotion into delivering the homes ourselves.
Our first scheme together is already under way: nine new family homes at Sonning Common, which will launch to market next year.
