Completed on the sale of Tilehurst Lane, Binfield to Burrington Estates.

Land at Tilehurst Lane in Binfield, Berkshire was one of the first sites that JPP took on back in 2012. After multiple planning applications, appeals and a high court challenge, JPP were finally successful in obtaining detailed planning consent for 53 units at appeal in October 2019. During the initial launch of the site to the market in early 2020 we were hit with market uncertainty due to Covid-19. With the market returned to some normality we were able to relaunch the site and we are delighted to confirm that we completed on the unconditional sale of the site to Burrington Estates in February 2021.
