Completed on the sale of White Gates, Ascot to Homes by Harlequin.

After gaining detailed planning consent for 13 dwellings, 7 detached family homes and 5 bungalows, at appeal we are delighted to complete on the sale of the site to Homes by Harlequin. 

A lengthy project that we started back in 2016, but one that shows our tenacity and drive to succeed at planning. Initially, we applied for 15 dwellings but after receiving a refusal at local level we lodged an appeal but unfortunately this was dismissed. Still believing in the site and it's suitability for residential development we submitted a revised application that we were successful with at appeal.
