We are delighted to confirm that Test Valley Borough Council’s Northern Area Planning Committee has resolved to grant planning permission for four detached family homes on land west of West Road, Barton Stacey.
Alongside the new homes, almost two hectares of the site will become public open space for the village, with a wildflower meadow, an orchard of heritage fruit trees, new hedgerows and walking paths.
