We are delighted to confirm that Test Valley Borough Council’s Northern Area Planning Committee has resolved to grant planning permission for 25 new homes on land north of Bullington Lane, Barton Stacey, including 10 affordable homes.
The scheme offers a mix of one to four bedroom homes set within the existing trees and hedgerows on the edge of the village. A large new public open space will give residents and villagers walking routes, a children’s play area and a woodland picnic spot beneath the existing mature trees, with over 30 new trees planted across the site.
This follows the resolution to grant for our four homes on land west of West Road, and is a great result for JPP, our landowners and the village.
