We are delighted to confirm that East Hampshire District Council has granted full planning permission for two detached family homes on land at Bowcott Hill, Arford.
The site sits on the edge of the village, right next to the Arford Conservation Area, so the scheme was carefully designed to sit naturally within the street and keep the mature trees that give the area its character. The homes are set back from the road in generous plots, with the land to the rear turned into a new wildlife area of native planting and wildflower meadow.
This is another great result for JPP and our landowners, and shows how a thoughtful, well-designed scheme can win support on a sensitive site.
